Approvals

It important to remember that if the home is in a mobile home park, you will need approval form the park as well. We can help with that. Once approved you simply have the utilities turned on in your name.

Move In

Once approved you simply move into your new home. If you have a lease purchase agreement then we will structure your payments towards ownership through owners financing.
