What are my options if I decide to sell my home to Blue Rock?

We have a variety of ways that we purchase homes.

1)  Cash - We purchase some properties with cash. We analyze the property for maintenance, location, and the ability to get a return. Depending on the results of our analysis, we may offer cash.

 

2) Sellers Financing - Some properties do not meet our goals for a cash purchase. In these instances, we seek to employ a sellers financing option for six, twelve or eighteen months.

All of our properties are NO smoking properties. Smoking should happen outside.
